To unlock a reward, your account needs to reach:
+10% profit - the milestone
21 trading days - minimum activity
10 profitable days - each with ≥ 0.5% profit
Hit +10% and meet the activity requirements, and your reward is triggered.
Do I always get rewarded if I reach the target? Yes. As long as your Alpine Pass is active, hitting +10% triggers a reward. You're never disqualified over a mistake, and you never lose the account. If you're short on trading days, you simply keep trading and finish the requirement - nothing resets.
When and how are rewards processed? Rewards are processed weekly, every Thursday. Request before Tuesday 12:00 UTC or it rolls to the following Thursday. A $40 processing fee applies per reward and is deducted automatically (a $500 reward pays out $460).
