Trading Account Opened
After you have purchased a challenge, you will receive an email containing the news that a trading account has been opened for you.
I'm trying to log in
I already have a cTrader account
If you already have a cTrader account with the email you used to purchase the Alpine Funded Account and know your password, you can log into cTrader with your cTrader ID or E-Mail address.
If you have forgotten your password, we recommend doing a password reset.
I'm new to cTrader
If you do not have a cTrader account with your email, then you will have to sign up with one of the following options.
Sign up at cTrader using your email via the following links (Web, iPhone, Android, and your account will be visible once you are logged in.
OR
Set your password: You have received an email from cTrader Spotware with the subject "[ACTION REQUIRED] Set Your cTrader ID Password".
You can set your password directly from this email.
Note: Please also check your spam folder if you can't find the email.
I'm logged in, but where is my account?
After you have logged in, you will see your account in the top right corner. It has been automatically added to your cTrader account, and you can start trading now!
