You receive your MT5 login details (Login ID, Password, Server) in two ways:
By email after purchasing an account
In your user dashboard at https://app.alpinefunded.com → Trade Now
These credentials are required to log in to the MT5 terminal.
How do I download MetaTrader 5 (MT5)?
If you don’t already have the MT5 terminal installed, you have two options:
Option 1: Download from the dashboard
Log in to app.alpinefunded.com
Go to Downloads
Choose the MT5 terminal for your operating system:
Windows
macOS
Mobile
Option 2: Start Trading shortcut
Go to Trade Now in the dashboard under your trading account
Click Start Trading
You will be automatically forwarded to the MT5 download page
This is the fastest way to get started if MT5 is not yet installed.
How do I log in to my trading account inside MT5?
After installing and opening MT5, you can log in using either method below:
Method 1: File menu
Click File → Login to Trade Account
Method 2: Navigator panel
Open the Navigator
Right-click Accounts
Select Login to Trade Account
In the login window, enter:
Login → your Login ID
Password → your trading password
Server → the exact server shown in your dashboard or email
Click OK to complete the login.

Common MT5 login issues
If you experience login problems, please check the following:
You are using MetaTrader 5 (MT5), not MT4
Credentials are copied correctly (no extra spaces)
The correct server is selected
Your internet connection is stable
